Celebrity chef Rick Bayless hung out with kids from MS 328 in East Harlem Wednesday and  planted some organic vegetable and herb seeds at a community garden there to jumpstart the Seeds of Change Sowing Millions Project.

Seeds of Change -- the seed catalog and prepared healthy foods people -- are giving away 100 million free seeds to individuals and groups all over the country as part of the campaign.

Just visit seedsofchangefoods.com and sign up. You'll get a free packet of Seeds of Change certified organic seeds in the mail, and for every request, the company will send another pack of seeds to the American Horticultural Society.
