Streamlining a cluttered home office

While Angela Enrico may have found hubby Joseph Enrico's cluttered ways charming in college, the designer wasn't crazy about having the office equivalent of his college dorm room in their Oceanside home. "His home office was a mess," says Enrico, 50, owner of A. Sofia Interiors of Oceanside and Manhattan, of Joseph, 51, who expedites permits for oceanfront construction and also works for the federal government. "I think the biggest problem people make with a home office is not sitting down and really thinking about how you'll use the room. It is for once-a-month bill paying?
