The Logo Board Game

(Spin Master)

The Logo Board Game is played by asking questions about popular brands. If you answer correctly, you can move your game piece to the color on the board that matches the color on the card. The player who gets to the finish line first wins. We liked this game. You can play it with the whole family. We learned new things. If you like trivia games, you will love this one. Try to have an adult on your team for the real old time logos.

Recommended age: 10+

In the game Dixit, each player takes a turn being the storyteller. The storyteller describes one of the cards he is holding. The other players try to guess which card the storyteller is talking about. If you get it right, you get a point; if you get it wrong, your opponent gets the point. This game was a little confusing, so I think it is best for kids a lot older than the recommended 8 and up.

Angry Birds, Knock on Wood

This Angry Birds game is fun and interesting. To play, each player takes a card and then you either build the castles or knock them down when you launch a bird with the little slingshot. You want to knock down the castle and crash the pigs. There are mission cards to show what pieces to use and what to build. It also includes four levels of difficulty, including a freestyle level. It is a real-life version of the hit app. I recommend this to kids who like the app Angry Birds.

Nerf Vortex Nitron

The Nerf Vortex Nitron is great if you like to have Nerf wars. It is the first full auto disk blaster ever. It has a 20 disk storage unit. When the scope lights up, it is green and helps you see in the dark. It also has a magazine storage in the back. I would recommend this toy to all my friends.

Recommended age: 8 to 12
