A taste of Vienna at Baldwin bake shop

In Baldwin, Heidi Riegler, chef-owner of Vienna Cookie Company, reproduces the traditional sweets of her Austrian childhood. One of Riegler's specialities, Linzer cookies, are made with ground almonds, plenty of butter and seasonings.
