Beefshi nudges sushi as LI delicacy

The word beefshi has been coined to describe the use of cooked red meat instead of the raw fish used in sushi rolls.  Newsday checked out three eateries to see how beefshi can be prepared --  BBD's in Rocky Point,  Jewel in Melville, and Ronnie Dragoon's Ben's Deli with locations in Greenvale, Carle Place and Woodbury.
