What's brewing at Horace & Sylvia’s Publick House in Babylon? A beer dinner spotlighting the brews of the Great South Bay Brewery. The event is set for next Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 7 p.m. and will feature a $34.95 four-course meal by chef Brian Fugit, a different brew paired with each course.

Second course: Selection of artisanal cheeses paired with Massive IPA
Third course: Swordfish with apricot risotto and avocado egg roll paired with Blonde Ambition
Fourth course: White chocolate and pecan cookies with stout panna cotta paired with Snaggletooth stout.
