Wanna meet Bobby Flay in person?

The celebrity chef will be on hand Saturday at his two Long Island eateries, both called Bobby’s Burger Palace, in Roosevelt Field mall at 12:15 p.m. and Smith Haven Mall at 4:15 p.m.

The timing aligns with his introduction of three new salads to the menu. The chopped crunch is the most elaborate, with romaine, radicchio and watercress with a red-wine vinaigrette, topped with chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado and tortilla chips. The super kale offers peppadews, scallions, cotija cheese and pita with a Meyer-lemon vinaigrette. The Palace quinoa features red quinoa, arugula, almonds, mint, cranberries, ricotta salata and red-wine vinaigrette. Salads range from $8.50 to $9.50, though diners can add chicken, ground turkey or beef for an additional cost.

Bobby’s Burger Palace opened in 2008 in Smith Haven Mall and, since then, Flay has opened 19 locations, with burgers named for regions, such as the Dallas, the Carolina and the Philly. The restaurant also serves notable French fries and milkshakes.
