The last great innovation at Chip’n Dipped in Huntington was the cookie-warming plate, which keeps cookies at their tender, gooey best throughout the day. Now, owner Peter Goldfarb has introduced customized s’mores — because when it comes to chocolate treats, you can never have too many options.
Choose among seven homemade cookie varieties: classic chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, M&M sugar cookies, oatmeal raisin or snickerdoodle. Chip’n dipped will use two of them to make a warm sandwich encasing melted chocolate (milk or dark) and marshmallow. It’s $5.50.
Also for summer, Chip’n Dipped stays open until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. (Otherwise, closing time is 7 p.m.)
