Charles Dickens would be the first to tell you, it doesn’t get more Christmas-y than roast goose. That’s just one of the choices on the out-of-the-ordinary holiday menu being served Christmas Day at The Inn Spot on the Bay in Hampton Bays.
The $50 three-course prix-fixe is multicultural in nature and includes such appetizer choices as steamed mussels in a sweet white wine Thai chili sauce and escargots en croute. Other entrees: Indonesian-style spicy shrimp curry and baked/glazed country ham. For dessert, there are individual mince pies, a real Irish Christmas pudding and an Italian pannetone (Christmas fruit cake).
