The Long Island restaurant scene has sustained another loss. This time, it’s Terry G’s Steak & Seafood Grill in Farmingdale, a place where the food outclassed the ambience.
I recall a lunch of very good lobster salad served stuffed into a lobster shell. The burger was a standout. Steak, ribs, even wild salmon – all were prepared with skill by chef-owner Terry Hasopaglou.
The place will be missed.
