Bedell Cellars will pour and Jamesport Manor Inn will cook at a wine dinner on March 2.
The cost of the four-course meal is $70; $65 for Bedell wine-club members. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. at the Inn.
Chef Michael Mandleur's menu will be paired with wines by Richard Olsen-Harbich, winemaker at Bedell Cellars.
The courses include braised and barbecued pork belly, matched with Bedell's 2007 Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine; Peconic Bay oysters with the 2010 chardonnay; braised beef short ribs with the 2010 cabernet franc; and a Valrhona chocolate terrine with crème anglaise and pistachios, with the 2010 syrah.
