Dan Pashman, author of the new book “Eat More Better: How to Make Every Bite More Delicious” (Simon & Schuster, $24.99), will be at Book Revue on Tuesday night. Pashman, a Long Islander who is also the host of the WNYC podcast The Sporkful, will give a talk inspired by the tongue-and-cheek instructional book — discussions of the pros and cons of different ways to hold a chip when you dip it into guacamole, for example, and a way to eat an Oreo to accentuate frosting flavor.
Blind Bat Brewery of Centerport is a co-sponsor of the event, and refreshments will be served. This is also a good opportunity to visit the new Book Revue outpost of Cook’s Scratch Kitchen.
