The Living Room, the three-star restaurant at c/o The Maidstone hotel, plans an Easter Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., featuring a three-course menu. Cost: $85.
Chef James Carpenter's menu includes appetizers such as sauteed seasonal mushrooms; a tarte flambee with smoked bacon, creme fraiche and onions; gravlax; and "toast sakgen," a Scandinavian combo of baby shrimp, dill and lemony creme fraiche on toasted brioche. Main dishes include tilefish with carrot flan; Berkshire ham with horseradish mustard; Swedish meatballs with lingonberry sauce; and fettuccine with wild mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and truffle oil. Dessert included.
