The Living Room, the three-star restaurant at c/o The Maidstone, hosts a four-course dinner featuring six wine selections on Thursday.
The cost for the Oct. 27 event, which starts at 6 p.m. and 6:45 p.m., is $95 per person, plus tax and tip. Reservations are required.
Executive chef James Carpenter's menu includes duck confit salad with frisee and fingerling potatoes, braised lamb shank ravioli with tomato-fennel pollen broth and vasterbotten cheese, grilled Black Angus hanger steak with red-wine sauce, and three cheeses, among them a cow's milk cheese from Mecox Bay Dairy.
The wines include the 2007 Bedell Musee, a red blend from the Cutchogue producer; the 1996 Chateau Potensac, a red Bordeaux; the 2006 Chat de Puligny Monthelie from Burgundy; 2008 Ampelos Pinot Noir; 2009 Chamnpalou Vouvray; and the 2004 Sparkling Pointe Blanc de Blanc, a Long Island sparkler.
