Easter Sunday dinner rivals brunch in popularity. Here are three restaurants where you may enjoy the celebratory meal.

BENNY'S RISTORANTE, 199 Post Ave., Westbury; 516-997-8111

Expect homemade lasagna, braised lamb shank with gnocchi, roasted baby goat with herbed potatoes, and pastiera di grana cake, among other specials, plus the regular menu. Benny's will open at 2 p.m. Also recommended: rack of lamb, diver sea scallops with asparagus risotto, beef braciola.

GEORGE MARTIN'S STRIP STEAK, 60 River Rd., Great River; 631-650-6777

Easter specials include she-crab soup, crisp soft-shell crabs, lobster ravioli, butter-poached lobster, smoked pork chop and a tomahawk dry-aged rib-eye steak. Order a steak between 1 and 3 p.m. and receive complimentary Strip Steak hash and a poached egg.

Jonathan's will serve dinner from 2 to 9 p.m. Easter specials include lamb shank osso buco with soft polenta and asparagus; crisp red snapper; seafood risotto; crabcake with fennel, orange and frisée; vegetable soup; and tiramisu with dark chocolate shavings.
