Looking for an easy seafood extravaganza to make in your own kitchen for Labor Day weekend? Schultzy’s, a Bayville-based caterer, has you covered with four varieties of clambake buckets. All you do at home is pour two cups of water (or beer or white wine) into the bucket, place it over high heat and, once the liquid comes to a boil, leave it to steam for 15 minutes.
The Cuddleback Clam Pot ($39.99) includes 6 dozen littleneck clams seasoned with lemon, butter, celery and onion.
The New Englander ($74.99) includes two 1¼-pound lobsters, 2 dozen littleneck clams, four new potatoes, two ears of corn on the cob seasoned with lemon and butter.
The Bumpy Special ($74.99) includes two 1¼-pound lobsters, 2 dozen littleneck clams, four sausages, two ears of corn on the cob, two juicy franks, two sweet potatoes, two onions and secret “bumpy” seasoning.
The Drunken Mussel Pot ($29.99) includes three pounds of mussels seasoned with butter, garlic, red pepper, lemon, black pepper and parsley.
