Ristegio’s in North Patchogue, which received a three-star review in May, has come out with a new summer-to-fall menu. Chef co-owner Richard Lanza has come up with such items as coriander-crusted Montauk tuna $28, prosciutto-wrapped diver sea scallops ($28) and pan-roasted chicken breast ($19).

The restaurant is also featuring a weekly-changing $29 prix-fixe Sunday to Tuesday nights that might begin with an appetizer such as wild-mushroom arancini, followed by a main course like fresh garganelli Bolognese, and for dessert,  Greek-yogurt panna cotta.

Ristegio’s is at 641 Rte. 112, North Patchogue; 631-731-3663, ristegios.com
