The story of Frankly Thai began 13 years ago when Frankie Perrone allowed fate to guide him to a Bellmore restaurant, where he ordered a plate of pad Thai. This wasn't just any old plate of noodles. This dish was what brought Jintana Lauchalermsuk and Frankie Perrone together.

After tasting the pad Thai, Perrone asked to meet the master behind the apron. That is when Jintana emerged and their love story began.

Today this husband and wife team owns and operates Frankly Thai in Franklin Square. Their mission is to bring Thai culture to the community that they love.
