The dish on Long Island's restaurant and food scene.

Brought in lunch from Boston Market today and got these reactions: 

“You could do worse.”

“This is actually pretty good. ”

“Yum.”

On the table were roasted chicken leg-thigh pieces,  praised as tasty and moist—though in the case of roast chicken, “moist” is often code for greasy, but good greasy.

Green beans were not half bad, macaroni and cheese was strangely addictive. The big dud was the cornbread, which was too sweet and too dry. Ditto on the chocolate cake.
