Pierre's, the Hamptonian eatery that tries to evoke St. Bart's, has another way to warm the last days of winter: $24 and $29 fixed-price menus. The former is for two courses; the latter, for three.
The choices are fewer than on the a la carte list, but they include mustard-crusted grilled salmon, loin of pork, mesclun-and-goat cheese salad, pastries and ice creams.
The menus are available all night Sunday to Thursday, and from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
