Del Fuego Tex Mex Kitchen and Tequila, with branches in St. James and Babylon, now has an offshoot within Patchogue's New Village luxury apartment complex. "It's in a 100-year-old building," said co-owner Joseph DeNicola, who described the interior as brick-walled and spacious. A rear patio for outdoor dining is slated to open by July 4th.
On the menu at all three spots: Guacamole in four varieties, served with house-made chips; lobster quesadilla, crispy red snapper Veracruz, fish tacos, mesquite chicken wrap, fajitas and burgers. Entrees run $8 to $24 (for chimichurri-marinated skirt steak), with most under $20. Also featured: a gluten-free menu.
Del Fuego Tex Mex Kitchen and Tequila is at 25 W. Main St., Patchogue.
