The wintriest stretch of the year makes Greece look even better. You can get a taste of the Aegean at Prime in February, when the New American restaurant offers three-course, fixed-price dinners for $40; and $50 with Greek wines.
The month-long theme is Greek from executive chef Gregg Lauletta and Bohlsen Restaurants corporate chef Cornelius Gallagher. Selections on the "Jet Set" menu include charred octopus salad with feta cheese, olives and peppers; chick-pea soup with oregano and olive oil; braised lamb with cumin-scented eggplant and orzo; broiled Mediterranean sea bass with lemon-dill yogurt sauce; and sauteed blood orange ith Greek yogurt, honey and almonds. The Greek menu is available Sunday through Thursday.
