The new spot, of course, specializes in seafood. The menu includes raw-bar fare, ceviche and "sears," and choices that include fried sardines, bluefish tacos, fried skate tacos, pan-roasted swordfish, seafood Alfredo with duck-egg fettuccine, watermelon gazpacho garnished with shrimp, and non-marine dishes such hanger steak, and a house hamburger. Prices range from $8 to $28.

There's also a $1 oyster happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. And the restaurant offers picnic-basket delivery, too. North Sea Tavern & Raw'r Bar is slated to stay open year-round. It's open from 4 p.m. to midnight Monday and Tuesday, and noon to 2 a.m. Wednesday to Sunday.
