New life stirs in the former digs of Oliver Bon Dinant. The name over the door is "Blue Sushi" (yes, another "blue" restaurant). A hand-lettered sign reads : "Grand Opening, May 21." I peer inside and discern a spare-looking room. But, wait, is that artificial fruit hanging from the ceiling? Interesting, very interesting.
Across the street, in the window of the now-deserted Willy Parkers hangs another sign stating that the restaurant will soon reopen and is looking to hire help. How that will play out remains to be seen.
