Mirabelle, the four-star French/New American restaurant at the Three Village Inn, begins serving four-course lobster "tasting" dinners tonight.
The $39 meal will be offered every Friday night. For $16 more, there will be unlimited pours of three wines to complement the dinner.
Included on the menu: lobster beignet with lobster mayo; chunky lobster salad; truffled lobster pie of fricassee of butter-poached lobster tail; and dessert.
Mirabelle also offers a $39 fixed-price menu Tuesday to Thursday and on Sunday, which includes a choice of soup, salad and choice or a meat and fish dish; as well as dessert.
