If you’ve always harbored the dream of owning a waterfront restaurant — and you have $9 million handy — consider The Oar Steak & Seafood Grille in Patchogue. Owner Dick Blakeslee is selling the restaurant and catering business along with the marina and pump station.

Blakeslee, a lifelong Patchogue resident, has been running the Sun DEK marina for 27 years. About 19 years ago, he turned what had been the ships store (for equipment and supplies) into a snack bar. Since then it has evolved into a full-fledged restaurant. In his 2015 review, Newsday’s Peter M. Gianotti praised the beer-battered fish-and-chips and sesame-seared tuna.

The restaurant remains open. The sale is being handled by Enzo Morabito and Michael Murphy of Douglas Elliman. Click here to see the listing.
