In this week’s reviews, Joan Reminick is smitten with the rotisserie-roasted chicken at Sabor a Colombia, a new spot on Division Avenue in Levittown.  She advises readers not to miss this “piece de resistance’’ with its “bronze skin overlaying moist meat infused with spicy juices.”

Peter M. Gianotti gives two stars to Nick’s Tuscan Grill in Long Beach, a “spirited spot”  that delivers “full-fledged and very generous Italian-American cooking.’’
