Gianotti bestows a rare 3½ stars on Two Steak & Sushi Den in New Hyde Park, whose “supersleek, ultraslick” design is more than equaled by the carefully sourced steak-sushi-yakitori menu created by chef James McDevitt (also of Melville’s Four Food Studio & Cocktail Salon).
