Executive chef Jonathan Levine has started his fall menu at the waterside eatery. Full of flavor and style, his fare makes Danfords a destination anew.
From meaty crabcakes with lemon-coriander sauce to lobster-risotto rice balls with fennel aioli, a traditional and tasty lobster potpie to a playful pumpkin ale-braised pork belly with farro ragout, Levine's cuisine makes you want to eat ... and eat again. Levine previously cooked at Guy Savoy, the celebrated Las Vegas branch of the great Paris restaurant; and at The Buffet at Wynn in Las Vegas.
