Valentine's Day drinks: Easy date-night cocktails to try

Celebrate with your sweetheart by sipping one of these easy-to-make Valentine's Day cocktails. We reached out to liquor companies and asked them for their best cocktails to toast your sweetheart.

Rouge Romance

INGREDIENTS: 4 ounces of VOGA Italia Prosecco

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces of VOGA Italia Prosecco
1 ounce of vanilla flavored vodka
A splash of pomegranate juice
Strawberries and pomegranate seeds for garnish

Add vodka and pomegranate juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass with pomegranate seeds at the bottom. Top off with VOGA Prosecco and garnish with strawberries.

The French Kiss

INGREDIENTS: 1 part Courvoisier VSOP cognac 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 part Courvoisier VSOP cognac
1 Demerara sugar cube
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Top up with Champagne

Soak a sugar cube in bitters and drop into a Champagne flute. Cover with Courvoisier VS Cognac and slowly top with Champagne.

Je t'adore

INGREDIENTS: 5 oz Prosecco .5 oz Combier

INGREDIENTS:

5 oz Prosecco
.5 oz Combier Rose Liqueur
.25 oz Grenadine

Serve in a champagne flute.

Seductive Sweetheart

INGREDIENTS: 4 oz. Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE
1 ½ oz. Pomegranate Vodka
Splash of freshly squeezed lemon
Blueberries and rosemary sprig for garnish

Pour vodka and lemon juice over ice and stir. Top with Pomegranate Blueberry Sparkling ICE. Stir gently to combine the ingredients and garnish with fresh or frozen blueberries and a spring of rosemary.

Ruffino Regal Sparkler

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco DOC 3/4

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Ruffino Prosecco DOC
3/4 oz. apple cider
3/4 oz. cranberry juice
1 tsp. maple syrup
squeeze of 1 lemon wedge

Add ingredients directly to a mixing glass with ice and stir briefly. Strain into a chilled champagne flute that has been rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Garnish with a mint leaf floating on top.

Canned-Berry Cosmo

INGREDIENTS: 1.5 oz. CH Winter Wheat and

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 oz. CH Winter Wheat and Rye Vodka
.5 oz. Grand Poppy Liqueur
.25 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
.25 oz. Luxardo Amaro Abano
4 dashes Reagans Orange Bitters
.25 oz. Fresh Lime
1 Bar Spoon House-made Cranberry and Orange Relish

Garnish with one canned cranberry sauce disc and serve in a crystal martini glass.

Cherry Bomb

INGREDIENTS: 4 oz. Cherry Limeade Sparkling ICE

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. Cherry Limeade Sparkling ICE
1.5 oz. Gin
Mint, fresh cherries and lime slices for garnish

Using a tall Collins glass, pour gin, then Cherry Limeade Sparkling ICE over ice. Stir gently to mix and garnish with mint sprigs, cherries and lime slices.

The House Warming

INGREDIENTS: 1.5 parts Courvoisier VSOP .75 parts

1.5 parts Courvoisier VSOP
.75 parts DeKuyper Pomegranate Liqueur
.5 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5 parts hibiscus tea syrup

Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnished with a hibiscus flower and pomegranate seeds.

Ruffino Lumina Mule

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz. Lumina Pinot Grigio 8

INGREDIENTS:

3 oz. Lumina Pinot Grigio
8 raspberries
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Top with Ginger Beer

Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice (except for ginger beer) and shake well. Strain over ice into a wine glass. Top off with the ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with 3 raspberries and a lemon wheel on a pick.

Chocolate Covered Cherry

INGREDIENTS: .5 oz. Combier Cherry .5 oz.

INGREDIENTS:

.5 oz. Combier Cherry
.5 oz. Dark Creme De Cocao
.5 oz. Zu Vodka
1 Dash Chocolate Bitters
Champagne
Spiked cherries

Stir with ice. Pour into a champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with spiked cherries.

Grapefruit Crush

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz. VOGA Moscato 2 oz.

3 oz. VOGA Moscato
2 oz. white rum
Splash of grapefruit juice
Mint leaves for garnish

Shake white rum and VOGA Moscato in a shaker with ice. Top with a splash of grapefruit juice and garnish with mint leaves.
