The menu this week includes grilled "mojito skirt steak" with poblano-potato gratin and roasted chili sauce ($12); rare, seared tuna au poivre with creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and pepper-Cognac sauce ($14); fillet of sole with garlic, parsley, butter, lemon, basmati rice and haricots verts ($12); grilled lamb chops with goat cheese-mashed potatoes, baby bok choy and roasted garlic-rosemary jus ($19); and pumpkin seed-crusted pork tenderloin, with jalapeno-Cheddar spoonbread, Broccolini and red-wine sauce ($12).
