On Monday and Tuesday, fork & vine, a New American restaurant at the Glen Head railroad station, will offer a Passover menu.
The cost is $35 per person, plus tax and tip. Reservations are necessary.
The menu choices include matzo and charoset; matzo ball soup, housemade gefilte fish, chopped liver pate; and for main dishes, brisket with potato kugel and asparagus, roasted chicken with dried fruits, and horseradish-crusted salmon with zucchini gratin and roasted tomatoes. Flourless chocolate mousse cake and sorbets are the desserts.
The restaurant's regular menu also will be available.
