Bistro M, the three-star New American restaurant, is preparing Rosh Hashanah dinners on Wednesday, Sept. 8 and Thursday, Sept. 9.
The dinners ara available for dining in or for take-out. The cost is $54 per person, plus tax and tip.
Chef Mitch SuDock will prepare chopped liver, housemade gefilte fish, matzoh-ball soup, sweet-and-sour brisket, sauteed salmon with olives and tomatoes, chicken breast with mushrooms, flourless chocolate cake and a seasonal fruit cobbler. Mesclun salad and housemade sorbet, too.
