Morton's The Steakhouse, as it's fully and formally known, has just added 10 new items to its well-marbled menu. It marks the biggest single change in the popular chain's recent history.
The new dishes include a smoked-salmon pizza, blue cheese-and-tenderloin crostini, Chilean sea bass with pineapple-pepper salsa; and side dishes, steak fries and onion rings. The eatery's "bar bite" menu expands with crab-cake BLTs. Two steaks make their debuts: 12-oz. double-cut filet and 16-oz. bone-in filet. And, in case you have room, the dessert lineup now includes "Morton's Legendary Sundae."
The Long Island branch of Morton's is at 777 Northern Blvd., Great Neck; 516-498-2950.
