Right next to Great Neck’s great seafood market, Marine Fisheries, there’s a nifty new cafe. According to its owner Sam Miner, The Fresh Collective is dedicated to high-quality, sustainably sourced beverages—fruit juices, loose-leaf teas, Stumptown coffee, Milk Thistle Farm milk. Right now only potables are on the menu, but edibles are in the works. We’ll keep you posted.

The Fresh Collective is at 519 Middle Neck Rd., Great Neck, 516-423-3645. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to sundown; closed Saturday; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
