The good-looking, informal, sunny eatery lures you with first-class, fried-fluke fish tacos, sparked by chipotle-laced tartar sauce and tropical salsa. Rutyna fashions a delightful billi-bi, the lush, creamy mussel soup from France; and an outstanding linguine with white clam sauce. He sends out excellent fire-roasted lobster and wood-grilled swordfish, too. Try Key lime pie for dessert.
