Nader Gebrin, the chef-owner of Huntington’s Bravo! Nader, is planning a culinary excursion that will take diners far from the restaurant’s Southern Italian menu. On Feb. 1, the Egypt-born Gebrin celebrates his own Middle Eastern heritage with Ali Baba Night.
Dinner starts at 6 p.m. and while the belly dancer shimmies, you an enjoy a menu that includes, tentatively, yellow lentil soup, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, baba ghanoush, kofta kebab, chicken kebab, shrimp kebab, lamb chops, tabouli salad, baklava, kunefe and, of course, Gebrin’s famous Napoleon which, apparently, knows no geographical boundaries.
The cost is $120 which includes everything except taxes and tip. Seating is limited so grab an early reservation.
Bravo! Nader is at 9 Union Pl., Huntington, 631-351-1200.
It's always a good time at Bravo! Nader.
