The name definitely gets your attention.

Here comes Two Blondes & a Stove, a soon-to-arrive spot for breakfast and lunch in the little strip at the traffic circle that once housed another mouthful, XO Restaurant Wine & Chocolate Lounge. Two Blondes is moving into the next-door site, formerly a dance studio.

Two Blondes etc. has a sign posted at the Clinton Avenue location. Co-owner Dena Fenza said she expect Two Blondes to open by May. In addition to eat-in and dine-out fare, she expects to offer cooking classes, catering and  sell kitchen accessories.

XO, meantime, has moved into the address of the departed Osteria Toscana at 69 Wall St., also in downtown Huntington.

Also,  expected to open soon, next to Two Blondes, is Twisted Vine Cocktails & Cuisine, a contemporary American eatery, at 24 Clinton Ave.

Will advise.
