Jamesport Manor Inn is offering a three-course Christmas Eve dinner for a country-style celebration.
Cost is $60 per person; $30 for children 12 and younger.
The choice of appetizers includes roasted beets and goat cheese with bacon, orange segments and roasted pistachios; warm Maytag blue cheese pear halves; a tarte flambe with fromage blanc, shallots and bacon; a shellfish platter; and organic salad from Satur Farm.
Main dishes: rosemary-crusted rack of lamb with red bliss potatoes and haricots verts; roasted Crescent Farm duck breast and duck confit with black-pepper fettuccine and cassis-lingonberry sauce; Maya prawn-and-lump-crab cakes; pan-roasted wild salmon; and phyllo-wrapped vegetable strudel with balsamic syrup.
And for dessert, you'll find a Cortland apple tarte Tatin, chocolate biscotti wth dulce de leche gelato, and peppermint creme brulee.
