Description:

This Nautical Mile bar and restaurant sits right along the canal, giving diners a nice view of the waterfowl and light waves that lazily break upon the docks. Maritime yet modern in its appearance, the creamy white walls and drapery rest over deep brown wooden floors and furniture, and recall famously seaside communities like the Hamptons--yet with an extremely clean and sparse décor, it also presents an updated attitude closer to a Tuscan-styled restaurant found in Manhattan. There's a pub area that helps draw from the teeming summer crowd, while guests can peruse a menu that holds a raw bar, seafood appetizers and fresh fish--while also making sure landlubbers are able to secure turf-based choices of salad, meat and pasta.
