The five-course dinner at Jewel in Melville will cost $85 per person, and $70 for Bedell wine club members.
Chef Tom Schaudel, whose eatery earned a 2½ star rating in Newsday earlier this year, will prepare the menu.
The menu includes blue crab with lemon aioli, avocado mousse and passionfruit-mango soup; pan-seared salmon with braised red cabbage; risotto with game hen and chanterelles; filet mignon with peppercorns; and a cheese course.
The wines to be poured include Bedell's 2007 Blanc de Blancs, 2010 Taste White and Rose, 2010 Syrah and Cabernet Franc, and 2002 Reserve Merlot.
