Left Coast Kitchen and Cocktails, the refreshing Merrick gastro pub, celebrates its first anniversary with a $29 three-course menu.
The fixed-price menus will be available from tonight through March 9. Left Coast's regular menu also will be available.
Chef Chris Randell's choices during the fortnight of flavor include the house's popular onion soup-chowder hybrid; Buffalo-style chicken-and-shrimp satay; "slurpy noodles" with prawns and pork belly in dashi broth; lobster roll on brioche with chips and slaw; twice-cooked pork shoulder; and chocolate-banana cream pie.
Left Coast Kitchen earned a two-star rating in Newsday.
