There will be a drinks and a cocktail menu featuring Garrison Brothers bourbon. The distillery uses organic ingredients from local farms. Production is limited to a few hundred barrels each year.

On the plate, you'll find a raw bar of local oysters and clams, smoked turkey wings, kielbasa with sauerkraut, Texas links, smoked rib roast, and sides such as German potato salad, baked beans, coleslaw, pickles and potato bread. Dessert: apple rhubarb cobbler.
