Mirabelle, the French-New American restaurant at the Three Village Inn, starts Bastille Day celebrations on July 10, with festivities through July 14.

The four-star restaurant will offer a $50 per person menu Tuesday to Friday. On Saturday, July 14, which is Bastille Day, chef Guy Reuge plans a $68 dinner, with music.

The three-course, Tuesday to Friday carte includes choices such as leek salad with house-cured salmon, escargots, sole with orange-scented tartar sauce, grilled shell teak with potato-blue cheese gratin, and pan-seared branzino with ratatouille and basil-butter sauce. There also will be an all-French cheese tray, apricot tart and opera cake.

On July 14, additions include Cavaillon melon with Port, seared foie gras with cherries, and striped bass in puff pastry.

The Three Village Inn also has a hotel package that includes dinner for two, breakfast and Champagne and petits fours. Cost: $229 per night Tuesday-Thursday, $289 Friday, double-occupancy, tax and tips not included.
