Thursday's special at Mirabelle is a three-course dinner paired with local wine.
The Thursday “vine-to-dine” dinners go from Sept. 25 to Nov. 13. The cost is $47 plus tax and tip per person.
Typical items on the special menu include cheese pumpkin soup, roasted Long Island duck with a potato napoleon and pickled ramps, as well as a grape tart with sorbet, paired with the 2011 Cuvee Carnaval Blancs by Sparkling Pointe in Southold. A 2011 sauvignon blanc and the 2011 Festival Red from Paumanok Vineyards in Aquebogue also will be featured on Sept. 25.
Wines from The Lenz Winery in Peconic are slated for October.; from One Woman Wines and Vineyards in Southold, Oct. 9; Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue, Oct. 16; Sherwood House Vineyards in Jamesport, Oct. 23; and Jamesport Vineyards, Oct. 30.
Mirabelle restaurant and Mirabelle Tavern will both offer the dinners. The two are situated in the Three Village Inn.
