Gulf Coast Kitchen by Robbin Haas, the stylish New American restaurant at the Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina, is welcoming spring with a $29.95 fixed-price menu. It will be available from 5:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday through April.
Appetizer choices include baked Blue Point oysters, seared scallop with roasted cauliflower puree and iceberg wedge salad; and main dishes such as butternut-squash gnocchi, grilled hanger steak, pan-seared loin of Berkshire pork, pan-seared skate, roasted local cod, salt cod, and seared diver scallops. For dessert, the selections are tarte Tatin, Key lime pie, flourless "burnt butter" chocolate brownie, and ice creams and sorbets.
