The fifth annual "Night at the Light," a beer and wine tasting on the grounds of the Montauk Point Lighthouse, is scheduled for July 23.

Blue Point Brewing Co. will participate in the event, along with nine Long Island wineries. The Art of Eating, the catering company, will serve hors d'oeuvres. And there will be live music from the Mike Ficco Jazz Quartet. Festivities go from 5 to 8 p.m. Visitors may go to the Lighthouse museum, too, and see an exhibit of Long Island watercolors from Heinz Emil Salloch. His work is on display from July 21 to Aug. 2.

It's all sponsored by the Montauk Chamber of Commerce. Tickets are $85 per person. Proceeds will go to the Chamber and for the lighthouse itself. The tickets are available via the Chamber's website; as well as at Bridgehampton National Bank in Montauk and at the lighthouse.
