Keith Davidson, a graduate of Huntington High School, is back in town as the new chef at Vitae Restaurant & Wine Bar.
He's also an alumnus of Johnson & Wales University. Davidson previously cooked at the Montauk Lake Club in Montauk, as well as the departed Rocco's in Sag Harbor and restaurants in Massachusetts and St. John in the Virgin Islands.
Davidson succeeds Steven Del Lima. Vitae continues to specialize in continental cuisine and steaks at the former site of Abel Conklin's.
