New to Water Mill is Sabrosa Mexican Grill, where you can build your own taco, burrito, salad or burrito bowl — in the same manner as you'd do at Chipotle Mexican Grill. Similarly, you move down a line, telling servers which meats, vegetables and/or salsas you want included in your dish.
Everything is priced according to proteins: Options include barbacoa, or shredded spiced beef ($7.95), carnitas, or shredded pork ($7.75), chicken ($7.30), steak, ($7.95) and vegetarian-style ($7.20). Burritos may feature flour, corn or whole-wheat tortillas; tortillas for tacos come in soft flour, soft corn or crisp corn varieties. There’s also a changing roster of soups ($4.50-$5.50), both vegan and vegetarian, gelato ($4.25-$5) and kids’ meals ($3.80 TO $4.95).
A calorie count is available for everything, so you can keep track of your intake.
