This time of year, when you’re busy shopping for others, you might want to take a little time out to be served a pizza that’s just for you.

Here are three of our favorite “personal” pizzas — sized 12 inches or less. All may be found near shopping hubs.

SPUNTINO WINE BAR AND ITALIAN TAPAS
In a shopping center that’s home to high-end department store outlets is this sleek Italian spot, specializing in wine and small plates. Small pizzas, too. A great pick is the Funghi, a lush, garlicky white pizza with cremini and Portobello mushrooms, fontina and truffle oil. ($10)
Spuntino Wine Bar and Italian Tapas is at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza, 1002 Old Country Rd., Garden City, 516-228-5400.

CENTRO CUCINA
This small, authentically Italian eatery is situated near several Greenvale stores and isn’t far from the Wheatley Plaza shopping center. Here, a great bet is the thin-crusted Quattro Formaggi pie, a four-cheese wood-oven-baked pizza with  mozzarella, fontina, Pecorino Romano and Gorgonzola. ($13)
Centro Cucina is at 43C Glen Cove Rd., Greenvale, 516-484-3880.

PORTO FINO RISTORANTE
Downtown Huntington is especially vibrant this time of year. This well-located pizzeria/trattoria offers a chance to take a break from the hustle and bustle. Try the light and crisp Margherita pizzette with its confluence of sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil. ($8.95)
Porto Fino Ristorante is at 395 New York Ave., Huntington, 631-673-1200.
